We understand that from time to time you may need to make a change to your appointment. If you do need to make a change, please check through our salon policies so that you have an understanding of the correct steps to take when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. It's important to reach out to us as soon as possible.

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time slot to another client. Less than 48 hours’ notice or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, your booking terms are forfeited, resulting in a payment of 50% for the total value of service booked. hours or 50% of the service book if you don't show. We understand if there is a last minute emergencies, and use our discretion accordingly. Our goal is to accommodate as many clients as possible during each business day and ensure that everyone has a sufficient opportunity to be seen by our therapists. Helping us by providing this courtesy, will allow us to better serve you during your sessions
Do I need to prepare for my appointment?
The most important thing for you to do before your visit is to relax! We are here to guide you each step of the way. If there is a service you may need preparation, our Therapists will ensure you have all the information you need to have the best results possible.
